My friend Charlotte who I’ve known since high school days sent me a private message on Facebook yesterday informing me that she’s now two weeks pregnant with her second child. She added that I am the first to know. Wow! Isn’t that sweet? I was really surprised by such a sweet gesture. We haven’t seen each other for years because she’s now living in a different city that is a thousand miles away from me. We only keep in touch online but not that often because we’re both busy with our lives; that is why that message really came as a surprise.
I am so happy for her and I can’t wait to see her baby, even if only in pictures when the time comes. That is unless she will pay her hometown a visit and come to see me. I replied to her message with best wishes greetings and congratulations. I also told her to take care of herself and not to forget to take plenty of prenatal vitamins which will keep her healthy and benefit her baby. I do hope I can see her soon. Well, we never know. Surprises come when we least expect them.

Sometimes I do wonder why people are so mean. I am referring to this girl that is on my Facebook list who is a friend but not really close. She seems to be carrying huge luggage on her shoulders that prevents her from being happy for other people. I initially thought she was being genuine and sincere with her treatment towards me only to find out eventually that it was total hypocrisy.
I really was hurt by what she said and it did disturb me for a while. She didn’t tell it to me directly but I’m not stupid. She was talking about me without doubt, behind my back. I was going to confront her about it but figured it was just a waste of time. I don’t want to waste my precious time dealing with that kind of crap. Maybe she’s just insecure with me because she’s overweight and I’m so petite. She could have told me she had problems with that and I would help her get the best weight loss pills that she badly needs.
But, oh well; when things like this happen, the best thing to do is keep quiet. And for a peaceful world, I will do just that! (“,)

One thing that my sister-in-law has been constantly looking and searching for in her adult years is adult acne remedies. Her acne has been constantly showing and actually multiplying every year. They seem can’t get enough of her face. LOL. She has tried all the acne solutions, ointments, etc., that she has been told to try but to no avail. She’s the type who won’t try anything that she finds anywhere without recommendations from a friend or a family member because she definitely knows that some of those can ruin your face even more. But maybe not all of us have the same skin texture so those acne remedies that gave good results to her friends didn’t do anything for her. In time I know she will find the right treatment. Just don’t give up, Sis!

My afternoon yesterday was spent babysitting our newest baby, my niece, Summer. My bro’ and sister-in-law paid us a visit but it wasn’t initially in their plans to leave Summer with us. But since they were going to go for groceries, mom insisted that they leave the little one since we hadn’t seen her for a while. She’s two months old and has already grown so much. She’s getting heavy and my arm muscles were actually sore when I woke up this morning. Maybe it was because of carrying Summer too much. She didn’t want to be put on the bed so I had no choice but to carry her and hold her most of the day.
Thinking about that made me realize that the best thing to do is to buy her a Bob revolution stroller. She needs it now more than anything else because she’s getting heavier by the day and it would be nice to stroll Summer outside without the burden of just carrying her. I know it’s not Christmas yet, nor her baptism, but what the heck! I’ll get my niece one. She’d love the ride for sure, and my arms would love it too.(“,)

…it makes my eyes tired and red whenever I get out in the middle of the day and the sun is up and shining so bright. I know I needed a pair of sunglasses to protect my eyes from the heat and ultraviolet rays of the sun but I haven’t seen any that I like yet. I even saw on television how important a pair of sunglasses is. It is highly recommended not just for adults but even kids as well.
Oh well, I will just make use of refissa for now. I will get me a pair of sunglasses soon; really soon before it’s too late because I can really feel the difference when I am out there and I don’t want it to cause any permanent damage. The heat is really affecting my eyes and it can really be scary.

“I don’t need any hemorrhoids treatment.” That’s what I heard from my brother-in-law while he was talking to my sister in the living room yesterday while they were here to pay us a visit. I learned he was suffering from pain in that part of his body again for he was once treated for hemorrhoids, so my sister thought it could be the reason behind those pains again. But my brother is certain that it is not, stubborn boy that he is.
I didn’t give any opinion nor remark because it is totally uncalled for. I don’t have any idea about it so I would rather keep my mouth shut. It might be awkward for my brother-in-law too if I ask about it. Hehe. I still haven’t heard from them today and don’t know if he is already well. Maybe I will give my sister a call later and get the scoop from her.
