Dizzy Spells

Tuesday, October 25th, 2011

I don’t know what is really wrong with me, but I get dizzy whenever I turn my head to the left abruptly. Am I anemic? Do I lack oxygen? Because I think I’ve read somewhere before that dizziness could be because of lack of oxygen in some part of the brain. Am I right about this? I am not sure though if that was what I read. Now I am confused. LOL.

Anyhow, I am just hoping this is not something that I should be alarmed about. I’ve been experiencing this since last year and though it has always been the same dizziness and hasn’t gotten worse, still, I want to know why I am suffering from this. I do hope I will be enlightened soon.

Feeling Under the Weather

Friday, September 23rd, 2011

I’ve not been feeling good since Wednesday though I can say, I feel a lot better today than yesterday. I guess it has something to do with the weather. I am not sure if the flu season has started, but it has been raining here lately. It was my son who first got cold. He is okay now so, I think it is my turn, huh? My husband didn’t feel good yesterday too when he arrived from work, but after taking med last night, he woke up feeling a lot better.

That made me glad. I don’t mind getting sick at all since I can lay down anytime I want unlike him who needs to work his butt off. He can take a leave if he really doesn’t feel good at all, but knowing him, for as long as he can still handle it, he will work. That’s how hardworking he is.

I am on my way to recovery now though. So glad!!!

A Back Attack Doesn’t Slow Him Down

Wednesday, July 13th, 2011

My husband is a very hardworking man and his job takes a lot of physical work; that is why he is always tired when he gets home from work. And there are times that he actually complains of back pain to the point that he will take pain relievers.

Though he hasn’t complained of any back pain as of late, I know he will sometime soon because he is not getting any younger and it really worries me. The pain has to do with muscle pain only though and I guess he won’t be needing a saunders back supports, but if ever, we will never have second thoughts for sure of getting him one.

He Has More Than One Job to Deal With

Wednesday, May 25th, 2011

The news that my husband told me the other day really delighted me. It has been my goal for him to gain weight and he did gain weight, 15 pounds! Yeah! That is not yet my target weight for him though so, I will continue to feed him good. Then perhaps when he has reached his normal weight, maybe he can try taking a50 to give him more strength – more strength to cope with work as well as more strength to cope with me. Hee hee.

A Baby Brings More Than Joy

Reading about diet supplements that work. That’s what’s been keeping my good friend busy lately after she gave birth to her second child. She gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy and now she is ready to get rid of it and get back to the shape she  had prior to her pregnancy.

I can’t wait to see her being her old self again. She gained so much weight that I could hardly even recognize her. Peace, friend! LOL.

Anyway, here’s wishing you the best of luck on your goal. I know you can do it because you’re determined to do so.

3 Down and 7 To Go

Tuesday, March 29th, 2011

After three months, my being a go-getter has paid off. I am talking about my goal to get my husband to gaining weight. I’ve been feeding him good since I’ve been here and I was so happy when he told me that he already gained three pounds. I know it’s not a lot, but at least it‘s a start. And I will continue to work on it until I get the desired weight that I want him to gain which is ten pounds.

I am thinking though if he will need the best creatine to give him more strength and firm up his new body since he is always tired after a day’s work. Well, that is something that I will look into after I am done with my first goal. Good luck to me!

Help Awaits Those Who Seek

Thursday, March 24th, 2011

Gloomy weather like today makes me think of one thing to do: sleep. I guess I am not the only one who thinks of such a thing in a weather like this. It’s chilly outside and there’s nothing much to do to so I might as well sleep.

But nah! My bed is calling me but I am trying my best not to be tempted. I still have things to do. I am done with the chores, but I still need to take a shower. I was going to take a shower an hour ago, but the latest about Charlie Sheen’s story got me hooked to the TV screen again. Is he really addicted to drugs or is he merely alcoholic? Perhaps he needs heroin detox if drugs are the demon that haunts him.

Oh well! It’s his problem, not mine. But even though I am not a fan of his, still, I am hoping that he’ll get back to the normal life that he once had. He’s pitiful now.
