Have you been in a situation where you couldn’t think of anything else to do because you feel like you’ve done it all? That was the situation I was in yesterday. I’ve seen all the DVDs we rented; I’ve read all the books my fiancé sent me; I’ve read all the magazines I bought; and though I can watch TV if I want to, the shows are just not to my liking. But, I could go play the playstation 3 but I’m simply not in the mood for a game, or I could sing in the videoke but I don’t want to wake the neighbors. LOL.

Well, I just seem to be in a total state of I-don’t-know-what-to-do. There are even more things that I could do but choose not to do, so why bother even thinking about it? I’ll just chose to continue being bored and wonder why I’m bored. (“,)

Was there a time in your life that you thought of taking sleeping pills so you could get the sleep that you badly wanted and forget about the many trials and pains that life has brought you?

I was in that situation before and I did think of taking those pills but changed my mind eventually. Life has its ups and downs and it’s up to us how to deal with them. Facing them with courage make us a better and stronger person. But if we’re weak in dealing with them, then that would make us an unhappy individual. And who’s going to suffer? Not only us, but those around us as well. Still, one must be well rested and sharp to deal with life’s issues, so it’s not a weakness if you need help in getting your rest.

I was reading about Blue Cross Blue Shield NC insurance policies when…POOF! The power went out again! This is really becoming totally aggravating. And that was as early as 7 o’clock in the morning. It used to go out at around midday or late in the afternoon.

As per the news, we’ll be continuing to experience these rotating brownouts until early June. Imagine that! I do wonder if the authorities are going to try and do something about this. They can’t even give us a proper schedule to know when the brownouts will occur. They need to at least give us a heads up as to when and how long the power outages will be so we could at least prepare. But there’s been nada.

Oh well! I think we will just have to live with this, huh? Poor us! (“,)

I’m referring to our (my son and I) passports. I finally got hold of them yesterday. I had them done rush because it is needed ASAP and I’m glad I was able to get them even before the paralegal would ask me the information they needed.

I never thought they would need the information this time so I was surprised when they asked me about it. After I was told, that was the only time that I get one as well as for my son. It had to be rushed because of that and I was apprehensive too upon learning that it would take fifteen business days before I’ll get it. Glad everything fell into place.

I’m done with the missions now. Well, partially though since there will be more missions to accomplish soon but that would be in about four to six months yet so no biggy. (“,)

Since yesterday, that is. Being a homebody, i was used to staying at home almost everyday. I just go out whenever i have important things to settle, have invitations from friends, or if i have something to buy somewhere.

But my routine changed instantly when my BA arrived. For 16 days, i’ve been out of the house every single day. We ate out and checked every nice place for him to see. And yesterday was the end of it all. It was his last day here and i was back to the real world again. The same routine i got used to. And i think i need to adjust again because i’m starting to miss those days when we’re together. But it’s only for the meantime though. We will be together again soon and i can’t wait for that day to come.

Missing my Big Angel so much now…Sigh…

That’s what i felt yesterday after spending whole day at my son’s school. They celebrated the whole month of July as Nutrition Month and yesterday was their culmination day. Parents were invited to join their cooking activity and lunch afterwards. I was supposed to go home after that but my son don’t want me to go. So, i stayed and watched the program.

I didn’t do much there other than sit most of the time. But i guess the weather got me exhausted. It was hot though it drizzled. I haven’t taken my nap too because of the affair so when i got here, i was so sleepy with a matching headache.

But i’m okay now. Rest was the only remedy.

And my son here at home now. Well, what else is new. It has always been like this lately. My parents have been very busy with a lot of things and tonight, they’re out of town for another affair with the club they’re a member at, Rotary Club International.

My brother, a nurse, is on duty until 11 p.m. so i guess, it’ll be just the two of us here until late in the evening. Most probably, my parents will be home early morning already, as usual. It has always been like that whenever they have an affair. More so, that the place is about an hour drive from here.

But anyway, no big deal. I’m already used to this.
